Systems Administrator


Job description

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and securing our IT environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Network Security & Management: Administer Fortinet firewalls to maintain a high level of security and network performance.
  • Identity & Access Management: Manage Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory for user authentication and access control.
  • IT Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain hypervisors and virtual servers to ensure availability and optimal performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to users across our European sites and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
  • Development & Improvement: Participate in infrastructure projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT environment.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery procedures by maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • International Collaboration: Work closely with our global IT teams to implement best practices and technological improvements.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in systems administration or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Fortinet firewalls (or similar security solutions).
  • Proficiency in Azure AD, virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
  • Experience in network infrastructure management (switches, routers, Wi-Fi).
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in an international environment.

Languages: Fluent English is required to collaborate with our global IT teams.

Mobility: Occasional travel within Europe.

Additional Assets:

  • Preferred certifications: Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services.
