Ger Hendriks was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the global mushroom industry as a composting consultant. His expertise in operational excellence in substrate and compost manufacturing remains unparalleled, and his impact continues to inspire the industry.
Mel O’ Rourke received the award for his decades of dedication to the mushroom sector, both in Europe and worldwide. During his tenure at Sylvan, Mel made significant advancements in spawn production, mushroom growing, consumer promotion, and picking automation, leaving a lasting legacy.
